This has been well over a year and we have not heard from PRIMANILA from then on. I am also a plan holder and had four other friends and relatives convinced to invest at Primanila. I have also sent a couple of e-mail messages to the addresses given to me when I visited the SEC about the status of Primanila but have not received any single response and I am fortunate enough (or am I really?) to have found this blog that is supposed to explain the status of the Company or as well as other plan holders' reaction or queries relative to this matter.
My question is simple? Will we ever get our maturity benefit at all? If yes, when? Is there any time table? or it all depends when the case will be decided? Is there no other option for those who've had reached their plan's maturity to receive what's due them?

Hello concern Filipino citizen, Just like you my Mom was also a Primanila Planholder and she needs to make a claim from this office. Does anyone know where to file for the claim benefits of the matured plan? Can anyone post their address or even their contact line please? My friend and I met up yesterday and we've been reminiscing our college days and job hunting after college. For some reason na curious ako sa primanila plans, same reason I've landed on this blog... I've applied diyan nung 1996... fresh out of college and must admit I was drawn sa ad nila offering good compensation package. Anyway before you can start training with them may challenge samahan ka nung nag interview syo na magbenta ka ng insurance sa family or relatives mo. I pleaded my mother to get an insurance, she did pero she said she wouldn't pay for the monthly yung initial Lang, ako na raw mag bayad for her once I start working for them. Nag training ako pero right after last day ng training dumating yung manager na nag interview din sa akin nun... and guess what? Yes another challenge kelangan ko nanaman maghanap ng mabentahan ng insurance...To gain a position as manager. finished the training not understanding anything and yet top 5 ako sa class. Huwaw! Anyway the "manager" accompanied me to my aunt's place, ako nag explain ng plan sa aunt ko and she declined! In short disappointed sa akin yung manager manageran ko. For a week or 2 I have to "pretend" to go to work... I'd hang out sa park ng rada sa greenbelt, stay at Wendy's for hours or I'd apply elsewhere to kill time...then uwi around 6pm... grabe! I'm not officially employed kasi Di ako naka benta, then I decided to go sa ofc ng primanila sa Ayala... to seek help sa manager ko. May new set of people being interviewed and ginamit pa ako " top of the class, new manager and youngest at age 20 etc etc..." I couldn't even look them in the eye ng new applicants nila. Later I found the style ng employment is like pyramiding... pataas ng pataas ang position mo... and it goes on and on and on... commission basis kung baga. Eventually my mother found out at nasabon ako ng di oras. She never did continue with her plan with them, we wasted 15,000 ata as initial payment for the plan. My "manager" actually realizing now she's just an agent in reality... never did bother to help me... pinagbantay pa niya ako ng applicant whose in the toilet, wag ko daw hayaan umalis cause samahan niya mag hanap ng mabentahan ng insurance para makapag start yung tao ng training. Never ako naka establish ng position diyan, nabentahan Lang kami... Grabe ang trauma sa akin for my first taste in job hunting. Im hoping you guys would be able to claim your plans with them or atleast get the money na invest niyo. Wish you guys all the luck.
